Visa For Canada For Bulgarians

Are you a Bulgarian citizen and want to get visa for Canada? Do you have relatives or friends living in Canada? It can be hard to find information about the Canada visa requirements for Bulgarians. Most of the websites do not update their content so it was hard to find out if there are any changes in the process to get visa for Canada while being a Bulgarian citizen.

If you’re a Bulgarian citizen and want to be able to visit Canada, but think it will be too difficult to get a visa — then you’re right. But here is where I come in. I’m a friendly and knowledgeable guy with a love of travel, who has been approved for the Bulgarian visa for an assortment of countries including Canada, several times already.

Visa For Canada For Bulgarians

If you’re looking to get your visa for Canada, it’s important to know that you have options. It’s also important to know that there are many costs associated with applying for a visa and traveling to Canada, including taxes, fees, and application processing time.

For Bulgarians, the best option is to apply for a visa online through the Government of Canada website. This is the fastest way to get your visa, because it allows you to pay online and receive your documents back immediately. The downside of this method is that it costs $100 Canadian dollars (CAD) for each person who applies for it—so if you’re planning on traveling with a family member or friend, this can quickly add up.

Another option is to apply at a Canadian embassy or consulate in Bulgaria. These services are free, but they take longer than applying online—it could take several weeks before you receive your documents back from an embassy or consulate in Bulgaria.

Canada is a beautiful country, and it’s easy to see why so many people want to live there. The Canadian economy is stable and growing, and the country offers a high standard of living. It has a strong system of public education, which is important if you’re concerned about your children’s future. Canada also has a good healthcare system, which can be helpful if you or your family members need medical attention.

But one thing that makes Canada unique is its immigration laws. Canada has some of the strictest immigration policies in the world. For example, if you’re from Bulgaria and want to move there permanently, you’ll need an employer who will sponsor your work visa. If you don’t have an employer who wants to hire you in Canada, then it will be extremely difficult for you to qualify for a visa at all!

To make matters worse—if that’s even possible—there are only certain types of jobs for which Bulgarians can get work visas in Canada: those that pay more than $49,000 per year (or $87,000 per year if they’re qualified). That means that most Bulgarians won’t be able to get into Canada unless they have high-paying jobs or are willing to start their own businesses there!

Who can apply for an eTA, starting May 1?

Travellers who:

  • have held a Canadian visitor visa in the past 10 years, or
  • currently hold a valid United States nonimmigrant visa,

and who will:

  • fly to or transit through a Canadian airport using a valid Brazilian, Bulgarian or Romanian passport, and
  • come for a short visit, business or tourist activity (normally for stays of up to six months)

Those who do not meet these criteria will still need a visitor visa to travel to Canada.

Travellers who already have a valid Canadian visa do not need an eTA to fly to Canada and can continue to travel with their visitor visa until it expires.

Canadian citizens, including dual citizens, cannot apply for an eTA and will need a valid Canadian passport to fly to Canada.

Not flying to Canada? You still need a visitor visa

Brazilians, Bulgarians and Romanians will still need a visitor visa if driving to Canada from the U.S. or arriving by bus, train or boat, including a cruise ship from Alaska (even if someone is not leaving the ship). See the chart below for specific scenarios, including studying or working temporarily in Canada.

Travelling between Canada and the U.S. by various means? A visitor visa is your best option

A visitor visa gives you the most flexibility. You can use it to travel to Canada by any means: plane, car, bus, train, or boat. See the chart below for specific scenarios, including studying or working temporarily in Canada.

An eTA only applies when you fly to, or transit through a Canadian airport.

What you need to board your flight to Canada?

When you fly to Canada, you must travel with the same passport that you used to apply for an eTA. If you get a new passport after getting an eTA, you will need to apply for a new eTA.

We also encourage you to travel with your old passport if it holds:

  • your expired Canadian visitor visa, or
  • your valid U.S. nonimmigrant visa.

Conclusion

The new plan of Canada’s Government, is to give an opportunity to the professionals from Bulgaria, to come and live in Canada with their families. This is only effective, if they have a good paying job waiting for them. After a few years in Canadian workforce, they can go back and build a better future for their children.

There are a number of reasons why Bulgaria has become one of the top places in Europe for the wealthy. The weather is fantastic. Their borders are secure, so it’s safe to travel to and from Canada. Everyone speaks English there too, and many people have second homes in Canada as well. Canadians can get an ETA without providing a credit card number or visiting Canada’s embassy, which is always a plus when seeking Canadian visa help.
