Farm stay guests can help with feeding the animals, collecting the eggs, or helping out with the farm chores. Rather play than work? There’s a 400-foot zip line on the property to liven things up.

The Inn at Westwynd Farm – Pennsylvania

Horses, goats, and alpacas roam the expansive grounds at Westwynd Farm, and there are plenty of opportunities for bird-watching at the property’s lake.

Mountain Goat Lodge Goat Farm – Colorado

Sign up for the goat yoga (offered seasonally), where up to 20 baby goats will help you through your flow.

A number of fun lodging options are available for overnight stays, including a tipi, vintage trailer, retro campers, and traditional hotel-style rooms. All rooms include an ultra-fresh breakfast with milk, yogurt, and cheeses made from the farm’s resident goats.

Los Poblanos – New Mexico

There has been a ranch or farm of some sort on the site of Los Poblanos on the outskirts of AlbuquerqueNew Mexico since the early 1900s. The current incarnation is a stunning historic inn, built in 1932 by the “Father of Santa Fe Style,” architect John Gaw Meem.
