Coeur d’Alene is the largest city in Kootenai County, Idaho and in the northern Idaho Panhandle. The city, which also hosts the county seat of Kootenai, is located 30 miles east of Spokane, Washington. Coeur d’Alene, ID, lies to the north of Lake Coeur d’Alene and is also known as the Lake City. The city is located near two prominent ski resorts, Silver Mountain Resort to the east and Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort to the north. This magnificent park is located near the Coeur d’Alene Resort and downtown area. The park includes a beautiful beach, swim area, benches, and water features. Several celebratory events take place in the park for visitors’ entertainment, such as the Bike to Work Week, Earth Day Fair, Movie in the Park, and Summer Concert Series. Several sports are also on offer in the park, including baseball, basketball, dodge ball, football, and golf. You don’t need to leave your costumes behind.

Lake Coeur d’Alene is a wonderfully diverse area with many beautiful spots and facilities to enjoy. There are several exciting activities to choose from, such as kayaking and sailing, scenic flights, parasailing, watersports, and swimming.

For the more peaceful adventurer, there are also fishing and golf opportunities as well as bike trekking on the Coeur d’Alene Trail. Renting a boat is a good way to explore the lake, take in the scene, and feel the warmth of the sun while lounging on a vessel.
