The Property was very very nice. HOWEVER, the adjoining room we had was very disturbing ,our neighbor had a baby and a toddler . We came for a quiet relaxing time …. Go figure ! Additionally, we didn’t get our room until 5pm check in is 4pm thus we had an hour wait!!! Too long especially after long flights that started at 5:15am

I stayed here 6 nights and was way too long!! Outdated rooms! First room was horrible smell and moldy, disgusting to say the least. For the amount of money this property charge rooms are terrible. Not much information given like for activities etc you really have to ask. Pool chairs are a joke people leave towels and don’t come back to end of day. They need to figure out a system not sure what can be done . When cruise ships are in town horrible lines for aquaventure water park . It seems the lines got better after 3pm. Beautiful property, clean beaches . Restrooms in common areas were cleaned. Food very expensive and mediocre. Burger by royal pool nasty. Burger shack in the marina village had OK burgers . Carmine’s service was great, food just OK not NY Carmine. Frankie gone Bananas the selection of food so limited !! Wings are good, grilled chicken kids rubber taste! NOBU is decent! If I see myself coming back it will for maybe 3-4 nights at most and definitely not at the coral nor royal tower !! Staff seemed nice at nice but overwhelm so many people some were not as friendly!
