All Sri Lankan travellers must obtain an Arrival Card if they wish to visit Singapore. This applies both to travellers who require a visa and those who are eligible for a visa-free entry.
It is important to bear in mind that a Singaporean Arrival Card and a Singaporean visa are different types of documents. An Arrival Card is not a replacement for a visa and cannot be used instead of one.
The SGAC replaces the paper-based Disembarkation/ Embarkation Card, making the document verification process quicker and reducing waiting times at the border crossing in Singapore.
Do Sri Lankans need a visa for Singapore?
Sri Lankan passport holders who intend to work, study, or live in Singapore must obtain a Singaporean visa suitable for the purpose of their trip, in addition to the SGAC. Travellers are required to visit their nearest Singaporean embassy or consulate in person in order to apply.
