The Grandview Condominiums are a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with 1,200 square feet. The 1st floor features an open floor plan and includes a living room, dining area and kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor along with the master bathroom. The 2nd floor features another full bathroom and a spacious loft for extra sleeping space or an office area. There are 2 oceanfront balconies overlooking Seven Mile Beach that you can enjoy from your private balcony or from inside your condo through sliding glass doors leading to each balcony. These condos also have 2 parking spaces plus guest parking available nearby if needed!
The Grandview Condominiums offer amenities such as 2 pools (one heated), 2 tennis courts, 2 hot tubs & saunas & exercise rooms on site or walking distance away at either Cabana Bay Beach Resort or Westin Grand Cayman Beach Resort & Spa – both connected via walkway over our beautiful Seven Mile Beach to each other!

7 Mile Shores Condos is a condo complex located on Seven Mile Beach. The complex offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, private balconies and secure parking.
7 Miles has a pool area with barbeque grills, lounge chairs and hammocks for you to relax or work on your tan. There’s also a gym with cardio machines including treadmills, elliptical trainers and stationary bikes. If you’re feeling competitive, you can challenge yourself at the tennis courts that are open daily from 8am until 6pm from April 1st through October 31st (weather permitting).
You’ll never have trouble finding something to do around the property because there’s an onsite restaurant where breakfast is served daily from 7am until 11am; lunch begins at 11:30 am while dinner service starts at 6:00 pm every day except Sundays when they open later at 7:00 pm.
