Indian Visa For Us Born Child

Visa laws for US-born children to get a visa to go to India are getting more and more complicated. Each year the US embassy has its hands tied by red tape, making it much more difficult for kids born in the United States to be allowed a visa.

When a United States citizen marries an Indian national or have children who are born in India, then the question arises about applying for a visa for the child born in India. The child becomes eligible to apply for an Indian visa when s/he reaches the age of two years.

Are you a U.S. citizen or permanent resident born abroad who wants to bring your child to the U.S. (or get a visa for your child to come back) but don’t know where to start the process?

Once you’re there, you can use your mobile phone to get directions, schedule appointments, and order food from nearby restaurants. Just a few years ago, none of those things were possible without having to go through someone else .
