The real good tips for summer vacation 2022 in New York

Take the time to discover most of New York by foot but watch out for the heat.
Make sure to stay hydrated, stay in the shade as much as possible, and protect yourself from the sun between 1 and 4 pm.
You must know that during those two summer months, try to avoid the train since it’s extremely hot on subway platforms. Instead, try to get on the subway if necessary, but don’t spend too much time waiting for it. You’ll quickly lose weight! Here’s a small tip, if you happen to see an empty subway car during rush hours, watch out! It probably means that there’s no air conditioning in that particular car.
At night, take advantage of the weather to walk around and see some of the summer festivals the city offers.
If you want to tan, you should get some sun in Central Park.
Otherwise, don’t hesitate to go for a swim. We often think of New York as a city and not a beach resort, but you can swim in New York! It’s a good tip since the beaches are vast and beautiful. You can even take the train to get there from Manhattan. All the details are here: Where are the best beaches in New York?

Holidays

The 4th of July also known as Independence day, the holiday honors the Declaration of Independence in 1776, a historic text claiming the creation of a new and independent nation and breaking free from the kingdom of Great Britain where the law is often oral while the declaration brings a new light on some of the rules necessary for the country’s cohesion. In a revolutionary manner, the Declaration claims “the right to happiness”.

Thus, this day is a National holiday celebrated with magnificent fireworks organized by the department store Macy’s. (Article here: Macy’s 4th of July fireworks
