The Hotel had a very calm and safe feel about it. The area outside the Hotel is not very nice but due to a good Taxi service set up outside the hotel you don’t really need to venture outside. We had a lovely room and it was well maintained during our stay, nice to have a turn down service in the evening. The Breakfast staff seemed to spend more time clearing tables and preparing new tables rather than keep the people having breakfast happy with regular Coffee top ups etc but guess the breakfast room is very busy. The hotel could make a lot more money around the pool if they had someone offering drinks but the service there was virtually non existent which is a shame. Overall we had a nice time at the hotel and the box of Turkish delight delivered to our room was a lovely touch. We would definitely come back here.

Amazing hotel with such lovely staff. We visited for our honeymoon and the hotel was so luxurious as it claims to be in the title. We had a private heated pool and the service provided by the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They were so kind and caring and made our whole experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. My husband and I loved every single part of our stay. Special shout-out to the brunette receptionist, she was so sweet!

This is a bijou boutique hotel with amazing views of the Caldera. The room was small but had everything you needed and we had a lovely terrace with sun loungers and a table and chairs where we had our breakfast every morning. The breakfast you have to order from the pool bar/hatch every morning and is plentiful but little variety. There are no other facilities available such as a restaurant within the hotel but once you climb to the street there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It is a 15 minute stroll/walk along a lovely coastal path to Thira where you have many shops bars and restaurants to choose from. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly and I would recommend this hotel for a lovely relaxing stay.

We could not have asked for a better experience at Santorini Heights. The service, food, drinks, and suite exceeded any and all of our expectations. We had our wedding at the beautiful resort right at our suite, because of the beautiful views. The entire staff along with the owner helped make our day along with the stay the most special and perfect. They made all the arrangements for us from the wedding planning, catamaran tour, in suite meals, in room massages, airport/hotel transfers, and car rental. We are already planning our trip back!
