Wonderful Stay, Will Rebook Again!

Unit was well decorated, well stocked, and extremely CLEAN! This is our 2nd time using Rob @ Emerald Coast Rentals, he is wonderful to work with. If you take advantage of the Amenity card and go deep sea fishing, request the Destiny. Captain/crew are great! We have stayed a lot of places but have now found our new favorite destination…very well managed, the beach is literally seconds from your room with chair/umbrella service included, pool right on the ocean! Close to numerous restaurants; highly recommend the salmon at Great Southern Café in Seaside, the blackened chicken sandwich at Kenny D’s next door, and the coconut shrimp at Pompano Joes. 🙂

Great House & Exceptional Service!

Our stay and as well as the property was exceptional. Location was great, walking distance to Big Kahunas, The Boardwalk, Crab Island. Great community Pool in addition to the Pool at the property which was great for younger kids. Short walk to the Beautiful Beach. Kitchen was well equipped and extra refrigerator in garage was a plus. Josh at Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals was great and the Amenity Card exclusively for guest of Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals was a definite Plus. I contacted the Owner & Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals when we returned as there was 2 items that we thought we left at the house. The Owner responded immediately. Property manager went to the property even thought there were new guest and recovered the items. Housekeeping also found a High School Ring that belonged to my niece that she had just received in May that obviously she did not know she lost. was touched by the care and genuine concern, of the Owner, that we got our items back. I would definitely recommend the Property Owner as well as Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals if you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Destin.

Clean & Great Views!

Unit was clean and the views were great! With Covid we worried about cleanliness, but we pleasantly surprised seeing things like Sealed Blankets & Sheet sets for the Sofa. We had a couple maintenance items come up during our stay and ECVR was very quick to respond and fix. The beach was beautiful and we took advantage of the amenities package and went on the Dolphin tour on the Seablaster…I would highly recommend. Overall, a great trip and we will be coming back again next year!
