This gulf-front home in Dune Allen Beach sleeps 12 guests in homey, beach-themed accommodations. The entire open living area overlooks the white sand beaches of 30A. The focal point of the property is without a doubt the gulf-front living room. With ample seating, entertainment in the form of a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player, and a wet bar for added convenience, the living room opens up to a spacious screened-in balcony and private beach access walk. Vaulted ceilings bring a dramatic touch to the room and allow natural sunlight to flow in through the windows and fill the room with sunshine. Blue backsplash with white marble counters makes the newly renovated kitchen bright and tasteful. Counter and cabinet space have been optimized with guests in mind, providing plenty of storage. Gather the family at the dining room table with seating for eight with additional seating for five at the kitchen bar.
