Descriptive essay on beach vacation

Have you ever been on a vacation? If you have, then you probably will be able to relate to this essay. This descriptive essay is about my family’s recent beach vacation. I had a lot of fun on this vacation and would like to share it with others. The weather was perfect and I got to spend some quality time with my parents, brother, and sister. A lot of pictures were taken and we had a lot of laughs together. We also made some great memories as a family.

It was my second trip of the summer, after I had spent a lazy week at home in London. This time we were going on a family vacation to New York. We had booked an apartment, which turned out lovely and clean. The location was great: just by Lincoln Center and Central park, very close to many theatres and Carnegie Hall.

Beach vacations are my favorite.

I love the sound of the ocean, the smell of salt water, and the feeling of sand between my toes.

My favorite beach vacation was when I went with my family to Florida. It was a sunny day, so we went to the beach. We had a great time swimming in the ocean and building sandcastles. After we got done swimming, we went to eat lunch at a restaurant on the beach. The food was delicious! Then we went back home. That night we slept in tents that were set up on our lawns so that we wouldn’t have to go inside all day long! That’s how much fun it is to go on a beach vacation!

I have always been fascinated by the beach. The sand, the water, and the sun—they all evoke feelings of peace and serenity. As a child, I would often daydream about what it would be like to spend an entire day at the beach.

It was on one such occasion that my family decided to go on a vacation to Florida. We were staying in a hotel near Clearwater Beach. When we arrived at our hotel room, we were greeted by a beautiful view of the ocean through our window. It was breathtaking!

Our first day at the beach was spent swimming and playing in the sand. It was an amazing experience! My favorite part of going to the beach is when you feel like you’re walking on clouds because there is so much soft sand underneath your feet.
