This is an exceptional visa which doesn’t require much documentation. There is no need for you to go through a lot of hassle when applying for it, as the process itself is easier than other applications. The visa is granted on the basis of relationship between two people – a sponsor and an applicant – and this relationship must be genuine i.e. they must actually be related to each other in some way or another.

  • Since the Visa Policy is being monitored from the UAE authorities, therefore, the instructions provided by the Embassy are subject to change without any prior notification
  • There are three types of Visas which can be obtained from the Embassy, the Embassy excuses for accepting the application if these conditions are not met
    Visa Requirements:

1- FOR PAKISTANI NATIONALS: (GOVT. OFFICIALS)

  • Note Verbal from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan is compulsory.
  • Note Verbal of older dates and issued before two weeks and more than will not be accepted.
  • Incomplete Visa applications will not be accepted.
  • The Purpose of Entry, regardless the duration of stay & the Sponsor’s details should be mentioned on the note verbal issued from the esteemed Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad & on the visa form.
  • Correct telephone/mobile numbers should be written.

2- FOR DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS, UN AGENCIES & INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS IN ISLAMABAD:

  • Note Verbal from the concerned Mission/ Office is compulsory.
  • Note Verbal of older dates will not be accepted.
  • Incomplete Visa applications will not be accepted.
  • The Purpose of Entry and the sponsor’s detail should be mentioned on the note verbal & the visa form.
  • Correct telephone/mobile numbers should be written.

3- VISA FORM REQUIRMENTS:

  • Original Visa Form MUST be Typed Out and hand written Form will not be accepted.
  • Photograph with White background should be attached with visa application Form.
  • Colored scanned copy of the applicant’s passport should be attached.
  • The Particulars of Sponsor in UAE must be mentioned in specified box in visa Form (PARTICULARS OF SPONSOR).
  • Govt. Official should mention the Particulars of Sponsor as their Embassy or Consulate in UAE.

The visa will be issued after approval from the concerned authorities in the UAE within 14 days.

4- Courtesy visas on diplomatic and official passports are exempted from the visa fees.

5- Multiple entry visas for 3 moth will be granted only for diplomatic passports, and single entry visa for 30 days will be granted for official and ordinary passports.

6- Ordinary passports will be charged for the visa according to the duration of stay in UAE i.e.:

  • US $ 60/- for (30) Days stay and Single Entry.

7- Visa fees for ordinary passports will be paid in advanced while submitting application and shall NOT BE refunded in case the applicants request is rejected/denied by the Ministry of Foreign Ministry of the UAE.

8- Affidavit/No-Objection certificate by the guardian must be submitted for children’s under  age of 21 if they are traveling alone or with their mother without accompanying the guardian, Affidavit/No-Objection certificate shall be on government official paper (stamp paper) and must be translated in Arabic language and attested by the Ministry of foreign affairs of Pakistan, and accordingly will be attested by the embassy with attestation fees 41 US$.

9- The Embassy excuses for accepting the application if these conditions are not met.

10- Tourism/Ordinary visa can be obtained from certified travel agent or from airlines (Emirates Airline and Etihad Airline).

11- The Embassy of the UAE does not issue  following types of visas as it can be obtained through the sponsor and the relevant authorities in the UAE:-

  • Residence 
  • Work /Employment
  • Business
  • Exhibition/ Festivals/ Conference
  • Student
  • Tourist
  • Transit

12-   Application Submission Timings:

Visa application must be submitted to the embassy’s Consular Section AT LEAST 14 days Prior to the Date of Departure.

All the applicants are requested to submit their requests for visa to the Visa Section between:

9:00AM – 1:00 PM on Monday – Friday.

Note:  Visa Requests submitted after 1:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

for the Attestation of Documents

1. Primary / Middle and School Leaving Certificate

Should be prior attested from ICT / IBCC (Inter Board Committee of Chairmen) or concerned District Education Officer & MOFA along with CNIC & Passport copy and for School Leaving Certificate, CNIC & passport copies of father, mother & child with parent’s

2. Matric / Inter certificate

Should be prior attested from IBCC (Inter Board Committee of Chairmen) & MOFA along with CNIC & Passport copy.

3. Bachelor / Master and Ph.D. Degrees

Should be prior attested from Higher Education Commission (HEC) & MOFA along with CNIC & Passport copy.

4. Degree of Charted Accountant

Should be attested from the issuance authority & MOFA along with sealed verification letter from the issuance authority addressed to UAE Embassy with CNIC & Passport copy.

5. (2) Years /(3) Years Diploma

Should be prior attested from IBCC(Inter Board Committee of Chairmen) & Concerned issuance authority and MOFA along with Original prior attested Metric Certificate from UAE  Embassy  and  CNIC & Passport copy.

6. One year Diploma  Or  Short Courses Skill Development

Required provided prior attested Metric Certificate from UAE Embassy and also should be prior attested from National Vocational training center (NAVTTC / National training Bureau (NTB) or Director Skill Development and MOFA along with CNIC & Passport copy.

7. Character / Police Character Certificate

Should be issued from the concerned District Police Officer with singn & stamp and should be attested form MOFA along with CNIC & Passport copy

8. Computer Training Certificates

Should be prior attested from Ministry of Information & Technology and MOFA along with CNIC & Passport and copy of Metric Certificate attested by UAE Embassy

9. Diploma Certificate related to Medical professionals PMDC Reg.

Should be prior attested from PMDC and MOFA and copy of CNIC and Passport and also Copy Educational Certificates

10. Medical  Experience  Certificates

Should be prior attested from Ministry of Health and MOFA along with CNIC & Passport Copy  and related supporting documents and with original Educational Documents (e.g MBBS Degree) & with Employee card

11. Diploma of paramedical professional

Should be prior attested from  Ministry of Health and MOFA  with CNIC & Passport copy and also copy  of Matric Certificate attested by UAE Embassy

12. Nursing Diploma , Experience Certificates

Should be prior attested from Ministry of Health and Nursing Council and MOFA along with CNIC copy of Matric Certificate attested by UAE Embassy
