Required documents for a business visa to South Korea

  • Arrange your documents in the order according to the checklist.
  • All documents should be printed or photocopied on A4-sized paper.
  • Separate all the application documents for different applicants into individual sets.
  • NO staples/pins/paper clips should be used on documents.
  • Completed and signed visa application form.
  • 1 recent passport-size colour photograph on a white background – can be arranged in our office.
  • Passport (original and copy) with at least 6 months’ validity beyond the validity of the visa.
  • NRIC/EP/Spass/WP/LTVP/DP (original and copy). For work passes issued with QR code, you are required to use “SGWORKPASS” app to obtain your pass information. A clear printout of the scan result obtained within recent 1 week must be submitted. Re-entry permit (applicable to PR only)

  • Invitation letter issued by Korean company (fax or scan copy is acceptable). It must include information like date of visit, purpose of visit, duration of visit and reason why the physical presence of the applicant is required despite COVID-19 situation.
  • Certificate of Business Registration of Korean company (사업자등록증명). It must have been issued within recent 3 months. The Korean company may obtain the document from www.hometax.go.kr.
  • Health Condition Report Form (to be completed by the applicant).
  • Completed and signed Global Singapore visa order form.
