The term “Business Visa” is used to denote a visa issued to those people who are traveling to a foreign country for the purpose of business. We do not provide any free service, but there are more than 800 people registered on our website and we are adding more every day.

You’ve heard about all the changes happening in Saudi Arabia and you want to see for yourself. What’s the best visa for business travel, or expat relocation? Is it possible to visit as a tourist without a sponsor?

Business Visa Requirements

  • Original passport valid for no less than six (6) months, with at least two (2) successive empty visa pages. 
  • To fill your online application and make a visa payment, please log on to https://enjazit.com.sa/(Guideline for Enjaz)Non-U.S. citizens must purchase health insurance from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Options for local health insurance providers will appear upon processing your Enjaz form.
  • Following supporting documentation should be provided:
    • Electronic invitation letter from a Saudi company
    • Employment verification letter by the applicant’s U.S. employer addressed to the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Washington D.C. confirming the applicant’s position and citing “business” as purpose of travel on behalf of the company
    • Copy of the company’s business registration in Saudi Arabia and in the U.S
    • Additional documents may be requested, if needed.
  • For non-U.S. citizens, copy of green card or document confirming legal residence in the U.S.

  • Visitors should not overstay their visas.
  • Visitors must abide by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Islamic laws and regulations, respecting social values and traditions at all times.
  • The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s laws on drug trafficking are strictly enforced. Violators are subject to severe penalties, which may include the death penalty.
  • Passports or documents may be dropped off at the Embassy in Washington between 9:30AM and 11:30AM on weekdays.  Pick up is between 9:30AM and 1:00PM on weekdays. No appointment is needed.
  • Please note schedule could change without notice. Ramadan business hours.
  • Incomplete applications or passports will be returned to applicants without processing. 
  • Mailing passports: Include a pre-paid return label and envelope (from FedEx, UPS, or USPS only) with the return address label filled out completely. A proper pre-paid return envelope must include a “PRE-PAID” label.  Return envelops showing only account numbers are no longer accepted as proof of pre-payment. Credit cards, checks, money orders, or cash will not be accepted for return mailing.  Any package without a proper pre-paid return envelope and label will be put on hold until a proper return envelope is received. It is the applicant’s responsibility to determine the EXACT return shipping cost. All labels must have a tracking number and applicants are advised to keep both incoming and outgoing tracking numbers for their records. The Embassy does not accept international packages. 
  • No cash, credit card, or personal check will be accepted.
