Burundi Visa For Indian Passport

An Indian passport will allow you to travel to Burundi visa on arrival. However, a visa is required to visit the country in advance. You can apply via the Embassy of Burundi in India or use services of our partners.

Burundi Government granted Visa on Arrival (VOA) for Indian nationals traveling to Burundi for a maximum stay up to 90 days. The VOA for Tourist & Business categories at Bujumbura Airport are with a fee of USD90 (approx). The applicant should have a valid passport, 2 passport size photographs, hotel booking, confirmed return air tickets and a yellow fever vaccination certificate.

This type of visa is granted for 90 days, non-extendable and cannot be converted into another type of visa (valid for tourism purpose only). If you want to stay longer than the VOA period allowed, you must apply for a visa or entry permit before travelling to the Burundi.
