Block house brewing summer break

First and foremost, thank you for the support of Block House Brewing and our beer. We will be closed from June 24th-July 3rd to celebrate Summer Break on Vaca, but we’ll be back brewing on the 4th and our doors will open on the 5th at 11am.

Block house brewery&taproom consists of a huge oak log that is cut in the shape of a house, hence the name block house. It was hand hewn by a local artisan mr. Bourcier, and it has eleven windows representing each of the founding states and three levels referring to continental congress. Block house brewery&taproom is located in downtown frederick Maryland in close proximity to many other breweries and bars; it has become an iconic landmark.

Block House Brewing Co. offers different types of beer which is made from natural ingredients and pure water. Due to the increase in demand, they are going to expand their brewing facility by constructing a new brewing plant. They have hired a seasoned and skilled architect named Alan Gibson who is a professional in the field of architecture and building construction.

Block House Brewing Company is taking a summer break and will be back in full force in the fall.
