The inn has been welcoming guests since 1910. It was built in 1900 by early homesteaders who used it as a home and small store until it was converted into an inn by their son, Willy Johnson. The Johnson family operated Stephanie Inn for more than 30 years before selling it to new owners. Today’s owners continue to make updates to the property while maintaining its historical charm.

Some rooms include fireplaces for cozy warmth during winter months or air conditioning for relief during summer heat waves!

The restaurant itself has a cozy feel—you’re seated at tables and booths that are a little bit too close together for comfort, but it’s not so cramped that it feels like a private party. They have a full bar if you want to get your drink on while you wait for your food (which we do!).

They offer several different kinds of seafood: crab cakes, fish tacos, shrimp scampi…the list goes on and on! We decided to try their crab cakes because they looked delicious in the picture on Yelp! We weren’t disappointed: they were light but still had a lot of crab flavor—they weren’t too heavy or rich.

If you love seafood as much as we do, then this place is definitely worth checking out!
