Azerbaijan E Visa For Bangladeshi

Are you a citizen of Bangladesh and want to visit Azerbaijan ? If you do then you would need an Azerbaijan E visa. The process of application can be a difficult one as it has a number of rules and guidelines that must be strictly followed. This doesn’t matter if you are trying to get your visa through a travel agency or apply for it on your own.

If you are a Bangladeshi citizen planning to visit Azerbaijan for a short period of time (up to 30 days) and your purpose is tourism, you may obtain an e visa to enter the country. Further details about the e visas for your country can be found here.

Diplomatic/Official Passport Holders for official trip:
1. Passport:

a. Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.

b. Copy of previous passports and visas issued.

c. Attach all your old passports.

2)  Visa Application Form:

Application form (Application needs to be filled online from) Hard copy needs to be submitted.

3) Photo:

a. Two passport size color photographs matching with bio metric identification requirements)

b. 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

4) Covering-Letter:

Covering Letter from applicant including Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Azerbaijan, New Delhi. Visa Category must be mentioned in the subject line.

5)  Proof of Occupation
a) Government Order:

This letter, commonly called the GO Letter works as a forwarding letter for government officials/service holders. It is issued from the respective government office where the visa applicant is stationed. GO Letter is duly signed and stamped according to the standard format set by government offices detailing applicant’s basic information, purpose of visit, statement on undertakings of responsibilities/funding etc.

b) Note Verbal:

This letter is basically issued as a visa support letter issued from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs according to the standard format set by ministry detailing applicant’s basic information, purpose of visit, duration of the trip etc.

6)  Invitation Letter:  

An invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan (letter is valid only for one month)

 7)  Financials:

Original copy of Bank Statement salary / Personal bank statement for last 6 months                            mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly.

8)  Airline:

Ticket Itinerary as per travel date.

9)  Hotel Reservation:

Hotel booking as per travel date  

10)  Health Insurance:

a) To cover the possible expenses related to repatriation, for health reasons, urgent medical assistance and/or urgent hospitalization – For single / double entry visa – covering the entire period of stay in Azerbaijan.

b)     For multiple entry visa – covering the period of first stay in Azerbaijan along with a filled-out statement for subsequent visits.

c)     The lowest sum insured must be equivalent of Euro 30,000.00
