ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EGYPT VISA


1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Egypt Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to Egypt for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Visa Lounge. Person who seeks employment in Egypt is not eligible to apply through Visa Lounge.
3. Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to Egypt. Visa Lounge also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.



DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Business:
1. Passport: Valid for at least six months with a minimum of two blank pages available. Please attach all old passports, (if available). Passport has been issued within the previous 10 years, and the validity must not exceed 10 years.
2. If applying from Mumbai: One Visa application form to be filled in completely and signed by the applicant. 
3. Photographs: Two recent color photographs in white background close up of full face and 35 mm x 45 mm in size. (see specimen attached)
4. Company Covering Letter: Original covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, address Nationality, Passport no, designation, the purpose of visit overseas along with the duration, the date of travel and about expenses during visit. Letter should be address to the visa officer, The Consulate General of Egypt, Mumbai. 
(If applying from Delhi)-The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Office, Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt, New Delhi.
5. Invitation Letter:  Invitation letter from invitee company the applicant mentioning name, address Nationality, Passport no, the purpose of visit overseas along with the duration, the date of travel and about expenses during visit. Letter should be address to the visa officer, Consulate General of Egypt, Mumbai.
6. Financial Documents:
     a) Updated Original Bank Statements for the last 6 month minimum balance of Rs.80,000 with bank seal and sign.
     b) Salary slip for last three month
     c) Credit Card copy front and back
7. Airline Reservation : Ticket copy
