Abu Dhabi Visit Visa For 3 Months

I am a British teacher arrested in Abu Dhabi for overstaying a visit visa for three months. I am currently in the deportation center on a 14 day break before being deported to Dubai and then back to the UK by an airline company. How can I get a Abu Dhabi visit visa for 3 months? My family in Dubai can vouch for me and they have family in Abu Dhabi that they can stay with while I work there. I have been working as an English teacher in Dubai, but would like to earn more money in Abu Dhabi teaching. It would be nice to work part-time as well while getting paid full time. The money is not that important to me right now, but it would make me feel better about overstaying my visa. What should I do?
